Ashley finally did it...she made her way down to Utah County and went to Thanksgiving Point. This is a place Ashley was sure was going bankrupt, because it was built in the middle of nowhere, Utah County. However, instead of going under, it drew thousands of new homes and a Cabella's Superstore! Who wouldn't want to visit Lehi, now???
Anyway, Thanksgiving Point is a cultural experience with fine dining, gardens, a golf course, and a dinosaur museum. (Wait a minute! I didn't know people from Utah County believed in dinosaurs)! Maia, Joan, Ashley, and some friends visited the children's garden. It was complete with caves, native animal sculptures, and a Noah's ark water play place. Maia had a great time running through the park with her little friend, Taylor! And, it did exceed Ashley's expectations.
We don't know when we will be visiting the white sea again, but we are sure that it will be a fun time.
