Ashley tried out anti-gravity yoga on Saturday. This type of yoga helps you get the most out of your stretches because you rely on a giant sling hanging from the ceiling instead of your own body. The deep stretches are nice, but you do not have the opportunity to build up any core strength. Plus, for those of us who are spatially challenged or who get motion sick, it can be quite a task.
We also went to the Farmer's market and loaded up on fresh berries. We plan on getting a chest freezer from Lois's St. George home and filling it with frozen Farmer's market produce and some grass-fed meat for the winter. Our goal is not to buy any produce during the winter. Yeah, right...
We had a barbeque with our friends on Saturday night. Maia's words, "I loved my friends. I played with them. We played a game. Me and Addie threw up (fake of course)on Daddy and he tried to get us. One time, I ran the fastest and grabbed onto the climbing wall and he did not get me because he still did not go into the playhouse. We singed and we played together. I really tickled Catherine." It was a lot of fun.
We ate at a old time fave--Schlotsky's Deli. For those of you who do not know, Ashley used to work there. It was her first job. This was a place where she remembers: mopping, playing jokes with coworkers, stealing chips, Theresa--the awesome manager, the 26-year-old at the drive-through, a hair in a sandwich, making up new food, swallowing a ball to a tongue ring, and generally having fun.
