Jeff's Birthday

We went to Chimayo for a Southwestern dinner with friends. The menu was a bit eclectic and maybe not truly representative of real southwestern food. Some things were very good--duck enchiladas--some things were not--not-quite-done potatoes--and everything was salty!! It is funny how when you stop adding salt to food, everything tastes salty, including my salad...While the food left something to be desired, the company did not. We chatted far after our plates were cleared and the restaurant was closing! Added bonus, we got to drive the NSX!!! You gotta love that car!
