beautiful as you can see from all the pictures we took below. We walked by bamboo forest so thick it looked like it was the middle of the night in the thickest part of it. We went over streams and saw several small waterfalls
falling over the rocks. We also went through some trees with the coolest roots. We did all this walking through thick mud. When we walked in it, we were afraid our shoes would come off because it was so sticky. Finally,
we reached the end and we
saw the most beautiful waterfall. It had less water than manoa, but was quite a bit higher. It was really magnificent seeing it with no one else around too. While we were up there Ben caught our first wrinkled frog.
It was sooo cute and quite a little jumper. We wanted to take more pictures of it, but it leaped out of Ben's hands into the river and swam away. We were glad to get one picture though.
After our hike we relaxed at home and ate a little lunch then we were off to Blockbuster to return some movies. All I can say is that we sure walked a lot today!
Now it's time to rest our weary legs...
