wet in the pouring rain. We only hope that she will feel better for the weekend because it might be her last weekend working at the zoo (Just to clarify, Ashley is not so sick that she is going
to die, it just happens to be the end of 'birthday party' season...). Then
we will be really poor.
On a rainier note, we heard thunder here for the first time tonight! We weren't sure if there were thunderstorms here or not, but now we know. Apparently,
there is a large storm off shore causing the thunder and HUGE waves. Down at Waikiki beach, the waves are 10 to 20 feet! We haven't seen them yet, but we hope
to tomorrow. We have heard that this is nothing compared to the waves here in the winter when they reach almost 70 feet. We can't wait to see that!
Wake up! They are double overhead!
