This morning was supposed to be a quick and easy day where we cleaned up a bit but we had another mini-disaster with our car. When we were leaving the arboretum this
morning, Ben rolled down his window and the window fell out of the track! We couldn't have a window that was permanently down, as we'd fit in too well here in Hawai'i, so we desparately
looked for a place to fix it before the flight arrived. We tried to go to the dealer, it had a huge line and said it would take a $99 diagnostic fee just to SEE what was wrong and then go from there...
PLUS, they more than likely wouldn't be able to look at it until TUESDAY!!! We drove around the same alley that we did to get estimates of our previous car incident and found a guy who'd do it for $50 and have it done
in an hour! We took the bait and a half hour later had a fixed window.

After the car incident we drove to buy a couple of lei's for Ben's friends. We looked at the clock: 12:43. Their flight wasn't supposed to arrive until 1:22, so we went to get a sprite at Quizno's. While we were sitting there
drinking it, Ashley had the idea that we should call the airline to see if the flight would be on time and so we did...the flight was to arrive at: 12:44!!!! It was early, so we ran to our car and floored it to the airport. We made
it just in time and their luggage was just falling off the conveyer belt.

After getting back to our place and unloading luggage, we went on the Manoa Falls Hike and then to dinner at Jackie's Kitchen. As we're writing this, all of us are very tired, so next stop: Bed!

Sleep well everyone and may your windows not fall off the track,

Ashley & Ben
